Exchange Application Deadline - January 31, 2017 

This information is for all students in their 2nd year with a GPA of 3.0 or better who plan to study abroad on exchange during their 3rd year.

All applications and reference forms should be received in the Admissions Office by that date. Forms are available at http://exchangeprogram.acadiau.ca/outgoing-students.html.

T2202s Temporarily Unavailable 

Access to T2202 taxation documents is currently suspended while we prepare the 2016 taxation receipts. Notification will be sent by email when the receipts are available for download through Acadia Central.


Duplicate Courses Marked 

Courses re-taken in the fall term (September-December) have had the previous course marked as duplicate. The previous course WILL appear on your transcript but is no longer included in your GPA or completed credit-hour count.


2017 Intersession Tentative Schedule Posted 

Are you thinking about taking a spring or summer course? The tentative schedule for the 2017 Intersession has been posted here. Courses will be delivered over four sessions, with the Spring 1 session starting on May 8.

Release of Information - Now Available Online 
The information that Acadia University collects during your time as a student is confidential and is not available beyond the campus community without your consent. If you wish to provide access to this information to others, complete the Release of Information Permission Form. The form will be in effect from the date you indicate until you revoke it, or graduate from Acadia University.

* Your Acadia Network Account must be active.

Verification of Enrolments (Proof of Enrolment) 
To receive a verification of enrolment (required for RESP's, banking, family health plans, etc.), you must email registrar@acadiau.ca from your Acadia email account or, for new students, the email account you supplied when you applied to the university. 

We are not able to release a verification of enrolment on the request of a third party. At your request, we can send a verification of enrolment to the address you supply by fax, scanning/email or paper mail. Please ensure you supply all the information required to be able to send your proof of enrolment.

Confirmation of Enrolment (Schedule 2) for Student Loans 
Confirmation of Enrolment (Schedule 2) for student loans must be processed at the Student Accounts office (basement of University Hall, Student Accounts windows).

January 17
Last day to add/change course sections for winter courses. Courses dropped after today will appear on transcript with a 'W'.
January 27
Last day to decrease meal plan for winter term.
January 27
Last day for graduate students to apply for spring convocation.
January 27
Last day for newly eligible winter term students to opt out of or add dependents to the ASU Health Plan.
January 27
Last day to drop fall/winter (full-year) courses and receive a 'W'. Any fall/winter courses dropped after today will receive an 'F' grade.
