An official transcript is a record of your entire official academic history including courses taken and grades assigned.
Requesting Your Official Transcript
The fastest and easiest way to order a transcript is online through your Acadia Central account.
Official transcripts will only be released when all financial obligations to the university are cleared.
Three (3) to seven (7) business days are required to process transcript requests.
Online Orders (Credit card payment required at time of order.) 1.Click Order Transcript from menu on the left. (Don't forget to log in, above right. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot password" just below the login fields.)
2. Complete the required fields.*
3. Choose Add to Order when the information is complete. If you wish to order additional transcripts, complete the fields, and Add to Order again.
4. When you have no further requests, submit your order by choosing Order Transcript under the Transcripts Requested (right side of screen).
*As we have limited on-site services at this time, we are accepting requests for electronic transcript delivery to educational institution email addresses ONLY. Please provide the institutional email address in the "Optional Information" field at the bottom of the form.
Offline Orders If you cannot pay online, please print and complete this Transcript Order Form and mail it with payment to: Acadia University, Registrar's Office, 15 University Avenue, Wolfville, NS B4P 2R6.

Checking Your Order Status
To check your transcript order status, click on Order History from the left-hand menu. If it is marked SENT, your transcript is ready for pick-up or has been sent to the destination you specified. (You must be logged, above right).
Viewing and Printing Your Unofficial Transcript
You can view and print your unofficial transcript at any time. (You must be logged in, above right).
Click View Transcript from the left-hand menu. If you do not see View Transcript, log-in to you account in the top right-hand corner.
Scroll to the bottom of the transcript and click Print Page.
Important Tips about Ordering Transcripts
If you cannot see 'Order Transcripts' and your last name has changed, log out and log in to your account using the first letter of your new last name and the same password. Your account will change when your name changes.
Official transcripts must be sent directly to another university or college, to an official of an organization, or sent directly to the student in a sealed envelope. If the transcript is sent directly to the student, the sealed envelope and the transcript will be stamped "not official if seal is broken". These sealed envelopes are mailed in a larger envelope that can be opened by the student. Transcripts marked "Issued to Student" may be ordered for personal use.
Transcripts are issued only upon the request of the student; third party requests will not be processed.
The Registrar's Office cannot release high school transcripts and other documents on file. Contact your high school principal for school records. For transcripts from another university or college, contact the Registrar's Office of that institution.
The Co-Curricular Transcript is an official record of verified activities issued by Acadia University that complements, but are not a credited part of, your academic program or coursework. It is a unique and professional means for you to document and highlight extracurricular accomplishments, involvement in extracurricular activities, and additional learning developed outside of the classroom throughout your time at Acadia University. You will use this transcript to complement your academic transcript and resume when applying to employers, grad schools, coop placements, and scholarship programs.Co-Curricular Transcripts must be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
