Welcome to F/W Registration

F/W Registration allows you to register for, change and drop courses for the Fall and Winter terms. You may find the following Registration 'How-To' video helpful.

To find a list of open courses quickly, in the Timetable, enter the faculty and choose ANY for the discipline; then choose OPEN from the Status. You will get all the courses that are not full in that faculty. Of course, you can enter a discipline and get all the open courses just in that discipline, as well!

Friday, 11 Last day to submit an appeal to the Academic Appeals Committee. Students will be notified of a decision 2 weeks plus three working days from submission date.

Friday, 18 Examinations for Spring 2 courses

Monday, 21 Classes begin for Summer 1 (3wk) Intersession courses

Friday, 25 Students placed on academic dismissal due to grade changes will be notified


Thursday, 1 Canada Day - no classes

Friday, 9 Examinations for Summer 1 Intersession courses

Monday, 12 Classes begin for Summer 2 (3wk) Intersession courses

Acadia Launches NEW Student Information System
We have some exciting news to share! This summer, our student information system, Acadia Central, is being upgraded to modernize how you provide and retrieve your student information. 

 What does this mean for you:

  • The new system will provide an improved interface for you to register for courses, make payments, and make changes to your account
  • You will be able to access your information in one place and enjoy improved functionality in how you interact with your information
  • You will have the ability to monitor your academic progress in real time and to do scenario planning if you are considering making changes to your academic path

How will you learn how to use this new information system:

  • There will be on-demand training videos to walk you through each step in the process
  • You will have access to assistance through the Acadia HUB ticketing system 

The planned ‘go live’ date for the new system is August 3, 2021.  To allow for the transition to the new system, Acadia Central will be unavailable from July 16 to August 2 inclusively. Student, faculty, and staff access to Acadia Central will be unavailable during this period.  Please plan accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience the system freeze may cause.

We will provide more details as we approach the launch date including where to access training videos.  Stay tuned!

The information that Acadia University collects during your time as a student is confidential and is not available beyond the campus community without your consent. If you wish to provide access to this information to others, complete the Release of Information Permission Form. The form will be in effect from the date you indicate until you revoke it, or graduate from Acadia University. * Your Acadia Network Account must be active.
