FUNDAMENTALS OF FINANCE 1
A combination of lectures, problem-solving, case studies, group discussions, current events and field research are used to introduce students to the theory and practice of corporate finance. The course will focus on the basic concepts of securities markets, financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis and decision making under conditions of uncertainty. Prereq: Econ 1013/Econ 1023, and Econ 2613, Math 1613 or 1013, each with C- or better and Busi 2013 as a corequisite
